We bought an iPhone Watch 3 in June 2022. Within a week, the band started to turn green, and the bottom of the watch was broken. Even though we tried many times, we couldn't get an appointment for service. It seems that many other people in Turkey who have bought the goods have had the same problem. The customer service worker said that the problems were caused by the use of makeup, but my 14-year-old daughter doesn't wear any. We were told that we could swap the watch for a fee, and the expert we talked to was rude and not very helpful. Unfortunately, all three of the items we bought have had problems. Can someone please help us figure out how to solve these problems?
