
I bought a Series 3 Apple Watch in April 2022, but the Apple logo has been stuck on the screen for the past week. For tech support, the Apple support team told me to go to the Gürgencler Marina service center in Mersin. When I went to the service center, they wouldn't even turn the watch on. I told him that the problem was that the watch wouldn't turn on. They told me that if I pay 5000 TL, they can send it to be fixed, but if I don't, I can't get technical help. It turns out that you can't fix a broken watch; once it's broken, it's trash. So, Apple says that the watch is useless after only 3 years. I've never seen a company with such bad customer service.
