I Can't Get Technical Support From Apple for My iPhone 15 Pro Max

The volume up button on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which I purchased from the Apple Store in Orlando, Florida, USA, in August 2024, is not working. The warranty is valid until August 10, 2025, but I cannot get technical support in Türkiye. I was in the US two weeks ago and took my phone in. They told me they could make the change themselves, but that the IMEI number would be changed. They explained that due to the laws in my country, I might have problems with this change and that I could resolve this issue more easily in Türkiye. However, when I contacted both Apple and your authorized technical services in my country, they told me I would not be able to receive support for this device. I have no idea how to resolve this issue regarding my device, which is still under global warranty, and this issue is quite disturbing. I request your urgent assistance.
