Apple Will Not Repair My iPhone 14 Despite Having a Valid Warranty
I bought an iPhone 14 from another country on October 26, 2022. It has a global warranty that is valid in Turkey until October 26, 2023. After about 3 to 4 months, the power button on my device stopped working properly. This button is used to turn the phone on or off and to lock or unlock the screen. As a result, I can't use my phone anymore. I sent my device to Z****** A******* technical service, which is an authorized Apple service. They told me that they would replace everything in the device except for the screen and cameras. They said I would get it back in a week. As promised, the device was returned, completely fixed or replaced. But, after a few months, the button had the same problem again. I'm reporting this on October 12, 2023. The service center sent the device back without fixing the problem. They claimed that unauthorized repairs had been done. Apple Turkey participated in the investigation, but the outcome stayed unchanged. I made it clear that I hadn't taken my device anywhere else and insisted on a reevaluation. Unfortunately, they said no. I'm requesting a reassessment and any needed repairs. Also, I want to make it clear that I won't use Apple iPhones anymore, regardless of whether my device gets fixed or not.
