Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max Constant Restart Issue
I recently purchased an Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max from the U.S. and registered it in Turkey. After just one month, the phone started incessantly restarting itself. It shuts down and reboots every minute, rendering it completely unusable. Upon scheduling an appointment with the technical service, I was informed that, due to its U.S. origin, servicing the device in Turkey was impossible. When I inquired about the next steps, I was told, "You need to take it back to the U.S." This is beyond comprehension. We trust the Apple brand when purchasing phones. It's absurd for a product sold in Turkey to require technical service in the United States. The phone has a mainboard issue, not user-induced, and now I'm expected to spend money on a trip to the U.S. for technical services, including visa, accommodation, and more. This situation is outrageous, and it seems even Apple's technical services won't send the product to the U.S. We're being made a mockery of.
