On August 25, 2025, I returned three products—MacBook Air, Magic Mouse, and AirPods—purchased through the Apple Online Store. The total payment of ₺59,098.02 was made by credit card. Although my return process has been completed, I still have not received my refund. My order number is W1514949104.
I have contacted Apple Turkey customer service multiple times regarding this issue. Each time, I was assured that the refund would be processed soon, yet no payment has ever been made to my account.
This is the first time I have faced such a problem with Apple, and it has caused me serious financial distress. I demand that my refund be issued immediately. If my money is not returned, I will be forced to escalate the matter legally and take the case to court.
