On 12.08.2024, I noticed a charge of 649₺ from the Apple App Store for the Meditopia app, which I definitely did not use. The day after, on 13.08.2024, I asked for a refund, thinking it would be sorted out fast since I hadn't even used the app. Even so, Apple has declined to refund the amount. I contacted the app developer, and they were super helpful in trying to fix the problem, but Apple is being really stubborn about keeping the charge. This lack of support is honestly pretty surprising, especially considering the request was made right away. I would appreciate it if Apple could look into this error and get my refund processed quickly. Thanks!
