Apple Charged Me for a Mobile Purchase I Never Made on My Device

My bill this month was ₺2,520.30. When I asked for clarification, I was told it was due to a mobile purchase made through an Apple device. However, no such mobile purchase was made. I even checked all my devices and accounts, and there was no trace of this transaction. On the first day, Apple customer service clearly stated that no such transaction had occurred. Now they’ve completely changed their stance and are refusing to issue a refund. This is a clear case of victimization. They also claimed the transaction took place at 20:38, but I am certain nothing was done at that time. It’s honestly shocking to see such behavior from a major company.
