Ragdoll Hit Ad Removal Purchase Failed - Apple Denied Refund
On October 24, I made a one-time purchase of ₺399 to remove ads in the game Ragdoll Hit, but despite completing the payment and having the purchase receipt, the ads continued to appear. I requested a refund from Apple so the app would function properly, but my request was denied twice. I also called Apple Support, but they refused again and told me to contact the app developer. When I reached out to the developer, they too rejected my refund request. As a result, neither Apple nor the developer has taken responsibility for resolving this issue. I’m disappointed to see that Apple’s post-sale support is no longer as reliable or customer-focused as it used to be.
The genius person at the Apple call center advised me to get in touch. We emailed them, but no one has responded for 5 days. Apple does not defend your rights or anything. We were blatantly scammed. I’ve attached a picture below, you can see which game it is.
