On April 20, I purchased a subscription from the Avatar AI Pro Features app. It showed a weekly fee of around ₺40 for a one-week subscription, so I went ahead and bought it. The app stated, “You can cancel anytime,” which gave me confidence that there wouldn’t be any unexpected charges. I canceled the subscription three days later; however, I noticed a charge of ₺2000, and it turned out that an annual subscription had been processed instead. I called Apple several times and requested a refund, but they refused. Apparently, a one-year subscription was activated without my knowledge, even though it clearly stated ₺40 per week. I honestly can’t believe this happened.
