Apple Is Causing Problems Instead Of Fixing A Product Under Warranty
I must say, I'm feeling pretty disappointed with the service I received. 😔 Neither Apple nor Egemek is doing their jobs properly... My Product is definitely covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the company denied my claim and charged me a crazy amount of money instead but I'm not going to let it get me down! I provided all the necessary evidence to prove that my product was under warranty, but they completely ignored it! It's so not right when companies don't honor their commitments. the worst experience with customer service ever was! 😩 They were so rude and unhelpful, didn't offer any solutions to my problem and just left me hanging. They ignore the warranty coverage part of the product and deceive us, I am complaining and I demand attention. While no one or brand, including Egemek, has ever told us that the invoice date is important, do not care about the date in the warranty coverage part, today Apple representatives with poor attitudes... I want my victimization to be eliminated, I complain about Apple and Egemek, it is surprising that such a brand does not care about the customer. I will apply wherever necessary.
