Apple Claimed External Interference to Avoid Replacing My Faulty iPhone 15
I sent my Apple iPhone 15, which is under warranty and invoiced, to warranty service through İzmir Egemek due to issues such as shutting down on its own, overheating, and battery and speaker problems. The data on the phone was extremely important for my work, but I suffered significant inconvenience as the phone shut down while I was backing up the data. Subsequently, I was left without a phone for about 10 days, and I wasn’t even provided with a replacement phone during this time. As someone who has used all iPhone models for approximately 15 years, with each being invoiced under my name, the response I received was that there had been external interference with the phone. It is unacceptable that a large company like Apple resorts to false claims to avoid replacing the phone. My phone has never had any issues since the day it was purchased and has therefore never been taken to a repair shop or service. I request that my grievance be resolved urgently, and I no longer intend to use an iPhone. My friend had a screen problem with their Samsung phone, and they got it back within 1 hour. I have suffered significant work losses, and I demand compensation for this.
