Brawl Stars Account Locked Without Warning Despite Long-Term Progress

I have been actively playing Brawl Stars for a long time and my account has reached around 118,000 trophies and 728 rank, and I have also spent approximately ₺3,000 on the game. Despite this, my account was suddenly locked 3–4 days ago when I tried to enter the game without updating. There had been no warnings or rule violations on my side, yet I was unable to access my account after that moment. I contacted Brawl Stars / Supercell support and clearly stated that the account belongs to me and that I can prove my ownership with various evidence. However, even though I explained the situation and shared that I am ready to provide all necessary proof, they still did not return my account or offer a satisfying solution. I request that my Brawl Stars account be re‑opened, my access restored without any loss of progress, and that all my in‑game purchases and efforts be preserved. I expect a clear explanation as to why my account was locked and that this unjust victimization is resolved as soon as possible.
