Samsung Washing Machine Door and Bottom Water Leakage Continues
I bought a Samsung washing machine with the code 0WG95ADT400044D, trusting the brand and its name, but my problems have never ended since the day I purchased it. Due to water leakage from the door, the door was replaced twice. When the same problem occurred for the third time, the whole machine was replaced, yet the problems continued. With the third product I received, I have again been experiencing water leakage from the door and, in addition, water leakage from the bottom of the machine. Because of this, I called Samsung customer service yesterday and a support ticket was opened. However, today the team that called me stated that the product’s warranty had expired last year, demanded a service fee, and informed me that they could not come because there was a dryer of a different brand placed on top of the machine. Therefore, I cancelled the service request today and no solution was offered. When the dryer was purchased, the team that came for the installation never mentioned any rule or problem about the machine underneath being a different brand. Although many of the products in my home, from the television to the sound system, are Samsung, I could not receive any support either from customer service or from the team that opened the service ticket, and I was met with an attitude that made me feel completely left alone with the problem. I request that the chronic water leakage from the door and the water coming from the bottom of my washing machine, which have been ongoing since I bought the product, be examined within the scope of customer satisfaction, taking into account the frequent repairs and recurring faults. I ask that my grievance be resolved by providing a permanent solution or product replacement free of charge or under reasonable conditions.
