Apple Refused to Replace Defective iPhone 14 Pro Max

On Thursday, July 27th, I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max from Hepsiburada, the official Apple retailer. I took my phone, which had a touchscreen issue, to the Akasya Shopping Mall Apple Center on September 2nd. I informed them that I wanted a replacement. They told me that they couldn't proceed with the replacement without knowing what the issue was and that it needed to be examined. Both the employee assisting me and the store manager repeated this. They created a record for my case. The screen of the 35-day-old phone was replaced without obtaining my approval. According to Consumer Rights, unless there is user-induced damage within 6 months of purchase, any defects in the product are presumed to have existed from the date of purchase, and the product is considered "defective." As a consumer, you have the right to demand free repair, a refund, or a replacement product. I am filing a complaint against the Akasya Shopping Mall Apple Store manager and employee for telling me that they couldn't proceed with the replacement when I handed over the product. I visited the store and learned that the screen had been repaired, so I did not accept the product. I contacted Apple Customer Service, and they informed me that replacements are only done when the device cannot be repaired. I am also filing a complaint against Apple Customer Service. I would like to thank all the store and customer service employees who have shattered my trust in the Apple brand.
