Unable to Download Apps on iPad 8th Gen – Redirected to Payment Page for Free Apps

Whenever I try to download any app, even free ones, the Apple Store keeps redirecting me to the payment page. I’ve tried entering my card details, but the system won’t accept the card. This has made it impossible for me to download any apps on my iPad 8th Gen. I need help resolving this issue as soon as possible, as I can’t use the device properly without being able to download apps. Please assist me in fixing this problem.
