Hello, I’ve been trying to add my payment card to my eBay account while shopping, but I keep encountering an error during the card registration step. Despite multiple attempts, the card won’t link to my account, and the system doesn’t offer any explanation or solution for the issue.

I’ve searched everywhere for a fix, contacted support, and even checked for restrictions with my bank—but nothing works. I just want to complete my purchase, but eBay’s payment system is completely failing me. If this is a known issue, why isn’t it being addressed?
