iPhone 13 Screen Issue: Requesting Replacement Due to Defective Display
I purchased a brand-new iPhone 13 from Turkcell, but the phone turned out to be defective. The screen fails to focus properly and displays images as if on a paper-like surface, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. I sent the device for service, where it was inspected and returned with a report stating "no issues found." However, I was informed that such display issues may not be detected during standard inspections.
Despite this, I cannot use the phone due to the persistent screen problem. I have already contacted Consumer Rights, but I remain without a phone and feel deeply inconvenienced. I am requesting a replacement immediately. A company as large as this should take responsibility for defective products. I expect a prompt resolution.
