I Face Power Issue with My Anker Soundcore Space One Despite Full Battery Charge

I purchased the Anker Soundcore Space One headphones on May 19 through the Vodafone Yanımda app as part of a device-with-plan bundle. From the very beginning, I’ve been unable to power the device on, even though the battery is fully charged. I follow the instructions exactly—press and hold the power button for three seconds—but nothing happens. The headphones simply won’t turn on under any circumstance.
This is extremely frustrating, especially given that the product is brand new and has barely been used. I’ve tried multiple charging cables and outlets, but the issue persists. This clearly isn’t user error—it seems to be a defective unit or a hardware malfunction straight out of the box.
I paid ₺ for this product expecting it to work reliably, and instead I’ve been left with a useless device. I urge Anker and Vodafone to take responsibility immediately and either replace the product or issue a full refund. This is unacceptable for a brand-new item, and I expect fast action to resolve my grievance.
