I Face Peeling Ear Pads On My Anker Soundcore Q45 Headphones

I purchased the Anker Soundcore Q45 headphones manufactured by Anker Soundcore from the Hepsiburada seller on January 2, 2025. Before even owning the product for a full year, the ear pads started peeling.

At first, I did not pay much attention to it. However, as the peeling got worse and the ear pads reached the condition shown in the photos, the situation became extremely uncomfortable and honestly frustrating for me.

While the headphones were peeling apart, I became concerned that the paint and adhesive materials used in the ear pads could come into contact with my skin and body and potentially affect my health. In addition, the small pieces breaking off and entering my ear canal disrupted my comfort and created a possible health risk.

For this reason, I believe the product may pose a risk to public health, and I am seriously concerned about the safety of the materials used in this product.

If the headphone ear pads are this fragile, I believe replacement ear pads should absolutely be included in the box, and the estimated lifespan of these pads should be clearly disclosed to consumers. This would allow users to make informed decisions and avoid sudden product deterioration.

Using such weak materials in a product that comes into direct contact with the body, while also failing to provide clear information to consumers, is not acceptable.

I request that you contact me urgently and provide suitable and safe replacement ear pads for my headphones free of charge. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will begin all available legal proceedings regarding this product and also file complaints with the appropriate government agencies responsible for public health and consumer safety.
