Anker Soundcore Boom 2 Plus: Missing Strap Attachment from Box—Why?
I purchased the Anker Soundcore Boom 2 Plus, and the strap attachment, which is clearly stated to be included in the box, was missing. The product description on Anker’s website confirms it should be part of the package. I even checked multiple YouTube reviews, and they also confirm the strap is included. So why wasn’t it in my box?
This issue seems specific to my purchase since boxes in other countries include the strap. I demand that Anker immediately send me the missing strap by mail.
I am prepared to escalate this issue further if necessary. If you don’t resolve it, I will file complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and any other relevant authorities. This is a straightforward request—send me the strap!
