My Anker Soundcore Space One Headphones Broke and Warranty Was Denied

3I purchased my Anker Soundcore Space One headphones from Vatan Bilgisayar about a year ago (Invoice No: KOR2024000021930). Despite using the product normally, the hinge where the earcup moves broke. I was disappointed that the quality of the product's materials caused such a problem so quickly. Since it was under warranty, I contacted customer service and they sent me a form, which I filled out and submitted. However, I later received an "unprocessed return" response, and when I inquired about the reason, no one contacted me. I was left disappointed by the lack of resolution and communication. I am requesting a warranty replacement for my product. I expect a quick and clear resolution to the issue.
