I Face Failing Noise Canceling and Transparency Modes on My Anker Soundcore Q21i

I purchased the Anker Soundcore Q21i headphones on May 19, just about two months ago. At first, I was impressed with how well both the noise canceling and transparency modes worked. The noise cancellation completely blocked out environmental sounds like wind, engine noise, and even kitchen sounds, while transparency mode made it easy to hear surrounding voices and ambient noises when needed.

However, that strong performance didn’t last. Recently, both features have significantly declined. The noise canceling no longer blocks out external noise effectively, and the transparency mode fails to clearly capture outside sound as it did initially. The sound quality when listening to music remains fine, but the features that made me choose this model—active noise cancellation and ambient sound awareness—are no longer functioning properly.

I have taken great care of the device. It has not been dropped or mishandled in any way, so I suspect a hardware issue with the components responsible for these functions. I expected much more from a brand like Anker and am extremely disappointed to see such a defect appear within weeks of purchase.

I request an immediate inspection, replacement, or refund under warranty. Please respond and resolve this issue without further delay. I paid ₺ for a product that no longer performs as advertised.
