Even though I have been very satisfied with the sound quality of my Anker Soundcore Life Tune headphones, which I have been using for about one year, I am experiencing serious issues with the durability of the housing. Even from very minor drops, the headphone casing completely breaks every time. I have experienced the same breakage problem three times so far, and each time the service center stated that the damage could not be repaired and refused coverage under warranty.
Because the warranty did not cover these issues at all, I had to pay the repair costs out of my own pocket each time. However, despite using the product carefully, the casing continues to break repeatedly, and I have never encountered such a fragile headphone build before. In addition, the stitching on the ear cushions comes apart very quickly. I have spoken with other users who are experiencing the same issues and learned that they have similar complaints.
I purchased the product from Media, and I still have the invoice and warranty documents. Considering all of these issues, I am requesting that my headphones be repaired under warranty or, if possible, replaced, taking into account the obvious quality problems with both the casing and the ear cushions.
