I purchased Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 Pro earbuds from Amazon on June 2, 2025, and starting around August, I began experiencing a microphone issue with the right earbud. While the left earbud works perfectly, the microphone on the right earbud does not function properly. Experiencing such a problem in a short time with a product in this price range has been very disappointing.

Due to my heavy workload, I had to continue using the product this way for a while. When I later decided to send it in under warranty, I noticed that the service website the company directed me to for support did not even use an SSL certificate. Despite this, I opened a service request, but I never received any response to my complaint. My case with Reference ID: 126091 has still not been resolved.

I am experiencing inconvenience both because the product failed so quickly and because of the lack of support and communication during the service process. I am requesting that my defective earbud be inspected and replaced with a new one without requiring any additional effort on my part.
