Anadolu Sigorta has not taken care of my vehicle for 2 months. I previously filed a complaint, but they claimed to have responded via SMS and dismissed it. Neither I nor the insurance agency can reach the company or get a response. The only excuse they give is that the photos are insufficient, even though the scarf covers everything. They are doing everything they can to avoid handling the issue, and it feels like they are deliberately stalling the process. I do not recommend getting insurance from this company, especially if you own a super luxury vehicle. I am also posting my complaint on all forums and will share it across all social platforms.
