Anadolu Sigorta Home Insurance: Unfair Compensation After Fire Damage




I’ve been renewing my home insurance with Anadolu Sigorta for 8 years, paying my premiums diligently. However, after a fire caused by an electrical fault in December burned one room and left heavy soot damage throughout the house, I’m appalled by their handling of my claim. The adjuster they sent didn’t request estimates or invoices from me, despite the policy stating that fire-related procedures require these. Instead, they assessed the damage and issued a payout that was far below half of the repair costs.
When I questioned this, they claimed the payment was based on market conditions, but it’s clear they’re avoiding their obligations. As a long-time customer, I’m deeply dissatisfied with Anadolu Sigorta’s failure to follow proper procedures, neglecting their customer’s needs, and not addressing the damage fairly.
Anadolu Sigorta, I demand that you reassess my claim immediately and compensate me appropriately based on the policy terms. Treating loyal customers this way is unacceptable!
