Anadolu Sigorta Refuses to Cover Rear-End Collision Damage

My vehicle was rear-ended, and Anadolu Sigorta, the insurer of the 100% at-fault vehicle, refuses to cover the damage to my tail light. Despite having no fault, the Anadolu Sigorta appraiser insists I must pay for the tail light damage out of my own pocket. They are neglecting to cover the damage that should rightfully be reimbursed. I am filing a complaint and seeking assistance from relevant authorities. What happened to me could happen to you too, so avoid getting insurance from Anadolu Sigorta.

Anadolu Sigorta said they would resolve my issue, but they sent a message saying that they must comply with whatever the expert decides. My issue has not been resolved, and I already stated that I do not accept the expert's decision, that I have been wronged, that the expert cannot make decisions arbitrarily, and that I will appeal to other authorities if necessary. Anadolu Sigorta is wronging me by saying that whatever the expert says goes. If my grievance is not resolved, I will take legal action and raise my grievance at every opportunity. Despite having no fault in the accident, I do not accept the expert's verbal statement that the damage to the stop lamp will not be covered and that I will have to pay out of pocket. If it is also written in the report that it will not be covered and Anadolu Sigorta does not make the payment, I will file a lawsuit and express my grievance on every platform. I will also bring my complaint to the Turkish Association of Experts and the General Directorate of Insurance at the Ministry of Treasury.
