My vehicle was rear-ended, and Anadolu Sigorta, the insurer of the 100% at-fault vehicle, refuses to cover the damage to my tail light. Anadolu Sigorta said they would resolve my issue, but they sent a message saying that they must comply with whatever the expert decides. My issue has not been resolved, and I already stated that I do not accept the expert's decision, that I have been wronged, that the expert cannot make decisions arbitrarily, and that I will appeal to other authorities if necessary. Anadolu Sigorta is wronging me by saying that whatever the expert says goes. If my grievance is not resolved, I will take legal action and raise my grievance at every opportunity. Despite having no fault in the accident, I do not accept the expert's verbal statement that the damage to the stop lamp will not be covered and that I will have to pay out of pocket. If it is also written in the report that it will not be covered and Anadolu Sigorta does not make the payment, I will file a lawsuit and express my grievance on every platform. I will also bring my complaint to the Turkish Association of Experts and the General Directorate of Insurance at the Ministry of Treasury.
