On 01/05/2023, I called their optics company(Merve Optic), which is responsible for the Osse brand, and they told me that I should contact the company with the title of Filiz accessories, and I communicated my problem to Filiz Accessories via the WP contact number, and in the following days, when I called the call center numbers because I could not get a response, they offered excuses such as we cannot return due to density for 3 days in a row and did not show any sign of responsibility during the phone calls. As I cannot use the product, I cannot get any after-sales service from the company, and as there is no return today, the process will be prolonged as we will enter the weekend. If the situation is not returned to me within the day, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and demand the replacement of the product with a defect-free equivalent.
