My Frustration with Amazon's Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Warranty Service

I bought a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum on Amazon, but it doesn't work right. When I called the 444-8-977 number, they said it was because the fan in the vacuum I sent through shipping was broken. They fixed it, but when I told them that the vacuum still didn't make any noise, they kept sending me to other phone lines and seemed only interested in getting paid. They say that this place is only a repair shop, but they haven't given any answers about the robot vacuum they fixed before. I want to say something bad.
