Amazon's Unfair Treatment

Since its establishment in the country, I have made countless purchases from the company known as Amazon. I'm sure I've placed over 500 orders within a year. Recently, I received an email from them stating that my order was canceled because they accused me of engaging in reselling due to purchasing two basic inflatable beach mattresses. I don't care about the canceled item, but the way they treated me and the label they assigned to me as a stockpiler bothered me. Despite their constant self-praise in every aspect, and even though I endured incomplete product deliveries due to catalog errors multiple times, I refrained from returning items based on my satisfaction and took the loss. However, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their treatment today via email, they insisted on canceling the order. I mentioned that I didn't ask them to send the product and expressed my disappointment, but I received an even worse response. I am now certain that they are no different from local merchants in pursuit of profit, lacking any association with their global brand name. The moment you make the mistake of buying two of the same item, they label you as a reseller. It's puzzling how they can think I would resell a 10 TL inflatable mattress that they sold to me for 7.5 TL, and I still can't comprehend it.
