Prime Opinion Withholds My $14 Payment and Blocks My Account Access

I was using the Prime Opinion survey platform and had successfully received payments twice before. However, for the past two weeks, I have been unable to receive my payment of $14. The system clearly shows that this payment is available, but it has not been transferred to my account. Additionally, when I try to log into my account, I receive a warning stating, “Due to the low quality of your responses, you are no longer allowed to participate in surveys,” and I have been removed from the system.

Despite sending multiple emails to the technical support team regarding this issue, I have not received any response at all. I am requesting that Prime Opinion release and pay out the $14 currently accumulated in my account.
