Garena Support Not Responding After Free Fire Account Hack

I am writing about a serious issue with my Free Fire account, which is linked to my Facebook account. My Free Fire account with UID 1372833528 was hacked on November 19, 2019. Since that incident, my Facebook account no longer opens, and my Free Fire account has restrictions on diamonds, which prevents me from using the account properly.
I have tried contacting both Free Fire/Garena support and Facebook support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from either side. My account contains my game progress and in-game purchases, and I am extremely upset that I have lost access and functionality without receiving any assistance so far.
I respectfully request that my hacked Free Fire account (UID 1372833528) be recovered and fully restored, that all diamond-related restrictions be removed, and that my account be secured so this type of unauthorized access does not happen again.
