Amazon Lost My Product, No Refund, Terrible Customer Service


Bought a blender from Amazon. The used product was sent in a tatty box and was missing parts. Got return authorization but was very disappointed with this international seller. Disabled, so it was very inconvenient to take it to the cargo office. Had to take a taxi due to walking difficulties. The cargo office system was down, and I was asked to leave the parcel there to be processed later when the system was back on. Deposit never received. Also tried chatting on the web, but the service was bad. It is so frustrating. I am a foreigner, disabled, and a very anxious person. I then bought the same item from PTTAVM, which came in a perfect box unlike Amazon, and works well. Why give so much trouble for a refund?
