Amazon Sent Me Deodorant Instead of a Jar Lid Opener and Cabinet Locks

I ordered a jar lid opener and some childproof cabinet locks from Amazon, but I was surprised to find deodorant in the package instead. I’ve tried to get in touch several times, but I haven’t heard back from anyone. I thought I could count on Amazon and go ahead with my order, but it looks like I messed up. I'm not sure how this problem will get sorted out. I’m looking forward to receiving the right items I ordered, and I’d appreciate it if you could arrange to take back the deodorant that was sent by mistake. It’s very frustrating to get such bad service, especially when there’s no attempt to fix the issue. I just want Amazon to sort out this mistake and send me the stuff I ordered.
