Amazon Refused Price Difference Refund After Supplement Price Drop

I purchased a Dr. Ümit Aktaş brand magnesium supplement from Amazon Turkey on 07.06.2026 for ₺2,400.00 with order number 402-5843960-7013110. Shortly after this purchase, on 09.06.2026, I noticed that the price of the same product had dropped significantly. Upon realizing this price drop, I requested a refund and compensation for the price difference both through the Amazon website and via customer service. However, I was informed that my request would not be accepted, no refund would be issued, and the price difference would not be compensated. I was not asked for any additional documents or information; my request was simply declined without further explanation. I believe I have been treated unfairly due to this immediate price drop that occurred right after my purchase. I kindly request that, taking customer satisfaction into consideration, either the full amount I paid be refunded or at least a gift voucher be provided for the price difference.
