I placed an order on Amazon Turkey on the morning of April 12 for an Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max 256 GB for ₺118,900. Later that same evening, around 9:00 PM, when I checked the product again, I saw that the exact same item (same model, same color, and same storage capacity) had dropped in price to ₺116,899.
I am someone who works for minimum wage, and I saved money for months to be able to purchase this product. The price difference is very significant for me and is an amount that could cover my essential monthly bills. I contacted your customer representative, Ms. D****, regarding this issue. I was informed that since it was not a promotional period and due to seller policies, a price difference refund could not be provided.
However, since the seller of the product is directly Amazon, I expected a more flexible and customer-oriented approach. I previously experienced a similar situation on another e-commerce platform, where even though the seller was a different company, my price difference request was handled quickly within a few days. I would like to see the same level of customer care and understanding from Amazon.
This situation has been a major disappointment for me. Therefore, I request that the price difference between what I paid for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256 GB and the current price be refunded to me and that my case be reconsidered.
If my tone comes across as harsh, I would like to clarify that it is only due to the frustration caused by this situation.
