Amazon Prime Same Day Delivery Fails Each and Every Time

I had a problem again and again with AGT Courier company, which I had a problem with before. Although their "supposedly" expansion is "Same Day Delivery", they never deliver your shipment on the same day. I passed the same day and they can't deliver the next days. What they can't do is, they take an attitude as if you are not at your address, and they extend the process even more and cannot reach a solution. They say they will bring it tomorrow and they don't bring it the next day. They could not deliver my cargo, which was supposed to be delivered on 11.05.2023 and had an urgency, even though they arrived at our address on 11.05.2023, they could not deliver it on 12.05.2023 for the same reason and on 13.05.2023 for the same reason. Let alone being at home, I live in a site where the security receives cargo even if I am not at home, and I also live in the most central area of Beylikdüzü. Even though I contacted AGT's customer services many times, they could not solve the problem. For this reason, even though I talked to the sending company Amazon many times, they could not solve the problem either. At the end of 3 days, I completely closed both my order, Amazon Prime membership and Amazon membership. Take that cargo you couldn't bring, whatever you do now. Let this be an example for other companies reading this. Know that you will suffer the most if you work with this courier company. I don't like working with such a company for Amazon. I have made the necessary notification to them and terminated my membership accordingly. I hope they do the necessary work.
