I ordered something from amazon.com.tr before the holiday (21.06.2023). I expected them to be late because it was before the holiday. (The estimated delivery date was June 26, 2023.) MNG Cargo was in charge of the delivery. In addition, on 03.07.2023, I purchased 5 products from amazon.com.tr with the phrase "same day delivery"; the shipping company was AGT. On 04.07.2023, I spoke with Amazon customer service and was told that the products would be delivered to me the next day. We are now on July 5, 2023, and I have yet to receive my products. Amazon has suffered so much recently as a result of its collaboration with AGT Cargo and MNG Cargo that if I do not receive the products I ordered today, I will cancel my Prime membership because it never provides Prime service to me. Other marketplaces are currently performing far better than Amazon.
