Amazon Not Canceling My Order

I immediately canceled one of the two products I purchased on March 9, but Amazon confirmed the refund two days after the cancellation (March 11). Since I entered the transaction in installments, the bank has already paid the entire amount in installments due to this elapsed time, and I will deal with it. Somehow, on another platform, instant cancellations are reflected on the card, but for some reason, it doesn't happen on Amazon, they obviously want to keep the money. I've been having constant trouble working at Amazon lately, and it's starting to bother me a lot. Now I look at every business with hesitation, the result of this will be not to shop/ not to do it again, the event is going there.
