Chamet Shows $10 Withdrawal Done but Bank Never Credited

I used the Chemet platform to withdraw $10 to my SBI Bank account in India. Although the withdrawal status on Chemet shows as “completed,” the money has still not been credited to my bank account, even after 16 days.
During this time, I contacted Chemet customer support regarding the missing $10. However, I was only told to wait and was not provided with any clear information, solution, or even a transaction reference number. My bank account details are correct, yet the funds have still not been received.
I request that my $10 withdrawal be immediately credited to my SBI Bank account. Alternatively, I ask that Chemet provide a clear and written explanation of what happened to this transaction, along with a timeline for when it will be resolved.

I am writing to report an unresolved issue with a withdrawal I made through the Chemet app in India on 11/04/2026. During this transaction, 10 USD did not reach me and has been stuck since that date.
I contacted Chemet customer service about this problem, but for the past 28 days every officer has given me the same response, only telling me to wait and be patient, without providing any concrete solution, time frame, or clear information about the status of my money. This situation is especially frustrating because my most recent withdrawal on 25/04/2026 was completed normally, which shows that the system can work correctly while this particular transaction remains unresolved.
I request that Chemet urgently investigate this specific failed withdrawal, either credit the 10 USD back to my account or complete the payment to me, and provide a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction so that I can regain confidence in using the app.
