As a result of scuffs and flaws, I decided to send the item back, and according to the records, I started the return process on June 16, 2023. Nevertheless, I am at a loss to comprehend why our refund has not been processed despite the fact that I have repeatedly informed and written to customer service about the approaching date of my credit card statement. It has been twenty days. Amazon has truly let me down by sending me a faulty product, by not carefully packaging it, and by not paying attention to the problem that I'm having. Shame on you Amazon.
