Amazon Customer Service Provided No Corporate Invoice for iPhone 14 Pro Max Order

Despite Amazon's claim to be the world's most customer-centric e-commerce site, they have failed to resolve my problem. I ordered four iPhone 14 Pro Max from Amazon on February 28, 2023, and requested a corporate invoice. Even though it's been 27 days, I haven't received any invoices, despite the fact that issuing invoices for every product sold is required. I've contacted Amazon's call center 4-5 times, and each time I was told that the problem would be resolved within 72 hours, but nothing has been resolved, and Amazon has not answered. It's enraging that I can't open a complaint with their call center or speak with the appropriate unit; instead, I keep getting the same response. This was my first and only Amazon purchase. I request that Amazon either send me the invoices or refund my money.
