Amazon Charged Me for Membership Despite Not Being a Member

Iyzico has been taking 39 TL from my card for who knows how long using the so-called Amazon Prime app. I saw the charge on my bill this month and I'm confused because I didn't buy anything or sign up for any services. I won't give up until I get all my money back from them. How many people have made the same complaint? Is this really something that happens a lot in this industry? Finding out about charges that I didn't authorize can be really annoying, and I just want to make sure that I'm not the only one going through this. I don't just want my money back, but I also want fairness and an explanation for why these deductions were made.
