I spoke with both Live Chat and Call Customer Service representatives, and unfortunately, they were unable to provide any solutions and instead tried to end the conversation with evasive language, making a mockery of the situation. They kept reassuring me with the Amazon Guarantee, but they did not provide any solutions and did not take any steps to resolve the customer's grievances. They have no guarantee other than to inconvenience the customer. Previously, I had ordered a PS5 dual sense from Amazon.com.tr, but they claimed that the product was out of stock and kept me waiting. After waiting for 2.5 weeks and the product price rising, I had to purchase it from another platform. No solutions were offered there either.
