Paid for Snoring Device on Aliexpress - Now Demanding Additional Payment Due to Currency Change
I paid for a snoring device with my bank card on 10.07.2024. However, when I checked the shipment status today, 26.07.2024, I noticed that I am being asked for a second payment due to a currency exchange rate change. My product has not been shipped yet, even though I have already made the payment. The company has no or limited channels for filing complaints on their website, so I am reaching out here. Any currency change after the payment date should not affect the consumer. I request that Aliexpress either deliver my product or refund my money.
