I Face Refund Delay on Canceled AliExpress Orders for Labubu Toys

I placed two separate orders for Labubu toys on AliExpress from the sellers “Shop1104717428 Store” and “Stone 7 Store.” The order numbers are 1115320993552182 and 1115072322252182.

However, both of my orders were canceled, and although more than 10 days have passed since then, I still have not received a refund.

I paid a total of $30.84 USD using my bank card. I attempted to contact AliExpress customer service, but I have not received any response.

I request that the refund of $30.84 USD be processed and credited back to my account immediately. The lack of communication and delay in refunding is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience.
