I ordered a Tecno Spark 10, but they sent me the wrong device, which has four holes for the camera, and I can't reach anyone for help. The live support is only available in English. This is totally unjust! They shipped the product incorrectly and refused to accept returns or communicate with customers. This is a scam, and I want my money back.
