On September 12, 2025, I purchased a Xiaomi Wi-Fi Signal Booster from AliExpress (Order No: 1115565928489560). When the product arrived, I discovered that it did not work at all, so I immediately submitted a return request. However, the seller rejected my request, and AliExpress ruled in favor of the seller.

The product has no physical damage, but it is defective and unusable. I paid a total of $24.65, including taxes. Despite all my appeals, my issue has not been resolved.

I request a full refund of the amount I paid, as the product was faulty upon delivery and cannot be used as intended.
