AliExpress Refusing Cash Refund for Return Shipping – Offering Coupons

I am writing to report a problem with AliExpress regarding a refund and return shipping issue that started in mid‑April and is still not resolved. I returned a product and paid the return shipping costs myself, but AliExpress only offers compensation in the form of coupons instead of refunding my actual money. The seller has already agreed to refund me in cash, but despite this, AliExpress keeps insisting that they only provide coupons. I have already sent 3–4 emails and used the online chat with 4–5 different support agents, but every time the so‑called “higher team” gives the same response that they do not refund in cash. I find it unacceptable that my real return shipping payment is not being refunded in the same way I paid and that I am being forced to accept coupons instead of money, especially when the seller has agreed to a cash refund. I request that AliExpress refund the full amount of the return shipping I paid back to me in cash to my original payment method, not as coupons or vouchers.
